Dr. Zsuzsa Juhos–Kiszel, Attorney at Law
I earned my law degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at Eötvös Loránd University, and subsequently deepened my knowledge during my internship years at a law firm serving an international clientele. For more than ten years, I have been working in the fields of real estate law and corporate law—during this time, I have not only gained legal experience but also learned to truly focus on what matters most: my clients’ trust and their life circumstances.
I believe that the law is not merely a set of rules, but a tool that can create security, stability, and progress—whether it involves purchasing a family home or starting a business. I work in this spirit every day.
In the field of real estate law, I assist my clients in drafting documents related to the sale, exchange, gifting, use, leasing, and co-ownership of real estate, and I provide full representation in proceedings before the Land Registry and the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV).
In the area of corporate law, I provide ongoing legal representation for several business entities and guide my clients through corporate procedures by providing the necessary legal support: from the formation of business entities through amendments and reorganizations all the way to dissolution.
In my work, I always keep my clients’ interests in mind. It is important to me that legal administration is not an additional burden, but a genuine help to them. That is why I work accurately, transparently, and, whenever possible, with the shortest possible turnaround time.
